I am very picky and look for the smallest details such as gap sizes, paint color and alignment. I could find nothing wrong when I picked up the vehicle. I was very impressed and the work was done extremely quick.

This was a hard time for me, having a car wreck during the Christmas holidays. But Artistic Auto Body made me feel well taken care of. From intake ( thanks Justel) to estimate ( thanks Michael ) to final work I was kept fully in the loop via email. That gave me such a sense of security and then the surprise of getting the car back a week and a half early was tremendously appreciated. Also, it's no small thing to have Enterprise immediately adjacent to provide rental support. I will recommend Artistic to all my friends who need bodywork. Thanks again. Richard S

I gave feedback at the shop and was told "best it gets" so I see no need to provide additional feedback directly to your shop. I will, however, be providing feedback to the insurance company, my friends and family, and online reviews. I used Artistic because family member recommended and I had a wonderful experience last time I used your shop. I don't know what or who changed in the last year or so, but I don't think it was for the best. While I hope to not need auto body repairs in the future, if I do I'm afraid it won't be here.
