Always a pleasure doing business with ABD. unfortunately, it has been more often than I would prefer (I had you on speed dial when our kids were on our policy), but **** is always on top of everything, and very flexible in meeting my needs. And your technicians have never let me down. I did have one small issue a while back, and it took me forever to bring it back in, but when I did, it was taken care of, no questions asked, and no charge. Now that's a business that stands behind their work! Thanks!

The people in ****failed to notify me when the car was on its way to the Bethesda shop--as they promised they would do. If I had been notified in a more timely manner, I could have picked up the car a day earlier. Otherwise, the repairs seem to be fine.
