Repair plan was deviated from and never informed me. Only when I went to pick up the vehicle, I came to know that the lift gate was repaired instead of replaced. This was done to reduce the cost for the insurance company not for the integrity of the vehicle. Right course of action was to replace the lift gate. On top of it, There is still work pending parts acquisition. No clue when this will be done. Although the company is paid. Not happy at all.
