James was excellent and kept me informed throughout the process.

This is my second time with complete and in each instance car was stationary and hit hard. When you get you car back and it looks and performs the same way it did prior that is success. Anything else is unsatisfactory. Its only day one but I have complete confidence that COMPLETE/ James will take care of anything that pops up. From the beginning I told James what my expectation was and HE met it, and even provided a resolution and COA for my concerns. He was polite, professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and thorough.

Completely satisfied is not a strong enough statement. James comes through every time and making sure that I am treated as if I am the only customer that he is dealing with... my vehicle is received and returned in the most timely manner. This is my reason for continuously returning for services and recommending Complete Auto and James for any and all acquaintance of mine. I greatly appreciate the focus on customer satisfaction. I appreciate Shanan being proactive by calling me to set up an appointment just a few minutes after I told the insurance company that I selected your business. She was also very professional with answering my questions. I liked that my car status was available to me right away and followed with updates. Adam was very detailed and thorough with explaining what to expect with my special request to remove my peeling pin stripes. I am very pleased with the way they turned out. It was great that Adam called Friday to let me know my car was ready when the estimated date was the next Tuesday. I was grateful that I could pick my car up on Saturday so I didn’t have to miss time from work. My car looks as good as new. It is super clean inside and out. I’m not sure but did you also replace my crappy broken tire valve stem caps with new caps that are silver like my wheels? Your company did so very much to go over the top. I hope that all of your customers realize all the extras you do to help your customers feel special and appreciated. On a scale of **** to 10 you are a solid 10.
