My repairs were amazing. Complete Auto body did an amazing job on my car. However the customer service from James was not the greatest. My initial visit, I had been waiting for atleast 25 mins to be greeted by James while he sat behind the desk just looking at me. I of course did not know who I was waiting on at the time or what the process was, but I sat with my dad while my dad engaged in a conversation and James sat behind the counter and waited until I asked how much longer it would be until someone came at that moment he says I was waiting until you were done. He assumed I was in the conversation that my dad was engaged in. He could have stepped up and asked "are you such and such" or called my name, but instead I sat and waited all that time for no reason when I could have been being helped. Then while my car was in the shop the text system was great, but it was wrong. I kept getting texts to say that my car was on schedule to be ready, I called the shop to check and see if my car was ready, I was told that I would be contacted back with information and was never called. I showed up only for James to tell me that he hadn't been updating the text system and that my car wouldn't even be ready for another 3 days. I was satisfied overall with the work that was done on my car, however I was not completely satisfied with the customer service that I was provided.

Everyone I dealt with at complete auto body treated me Great if I ever need more work done I will definitely come back and I would recommend complete auto body to anybody that needs work on their vehicle thank you all very much
