The manager and staff were extraordinary helpful, friendly, professional and personal with their services. You don't get this type of service nowadays. ****) Keep your customers informed of what is going on with their auto trusted under your repair
2) Return your customers phone call quickly so that they can make some important decisions
3) Always call your customers and update them regarding the estimates prior to repairing the vehicle
4) Do not avoid tuff customers for they will recommend other customers or influence certain insurances for your business
5) let there be communication between front desk clerks and technical staff to address customers questions
6) Try to give customers fair estimate timing on when to deliver the auto under repair or, other
7) Demand or ensure quality work from your mechanics if you need continued customers to use your services for they can go elsewhere
8) Discuss with your customers regarding their autos repairs to gain their confidence and let them ask you questions--do not under estimate them no matter how small
