Would have been nice to receive vehicle ready to go rather than return rental and have to make another trip back since rental could have been kept longer for proper prep. Vehicle to be cleaned next Tuesday while I wait.

As a business owner in town I understand things happen. I was originally quoted 5 days for repairs. I dropped off the vehicle as planned, staff was great. The same day I received an email stating the truck would now take 8 days. I periodically received phone calls and email about progress. When I asked the person why the two estimated repair dates were different, I was told that they still were on time with what they had told me, 5 days. Awesome! The day came for pickup and I received an email saying the vehicle was finished and I could come by at any time to pick it up. I then received a call saying it would now be ready on Tuesday because they were behind. Tuesday I received a phone call saying it would be done and I can come get it at 3pm. An hour later they called and said oops sorry not until 5, they received the wrong front bumper, it was going to be delivered and installed, ready at 5. I went to the shop at 3 and asked what was up. The truck was in pieces and it was clearly not going to be done that day. They came out and told me that the bumper was not ordered correctly. Again I understand things happen but they had the truck for a week and a half prior to repairs and I was told they would have everything ready to go. I finally receive a phone call Wednesday at 2:20 saying it was all set. Upon inspection I found some things that just baffled my mind. Missing screws, imperfections on the brand new fender. Little things that to me say production is more important than customer service. It was rushed. No attention to detail.
One staff member actually said to me, "85% of our estimates go over the estimated date to be ready."
Another staff member admitted to me, " It was rushed, obviously the technician wasn't paying attention."
To be completely satisfied with this nuisance, money losing, overall bad experience I would like to be compensated for half of my deductible. In addition I would like my rental to be paid for in total. I think this whole experience justifies that. I guess we will see what Gate City Collision thinks

The repair we needed was done great. However, the interior of the A column and the drivers seat is dirty. Seat had dirt and grim while the A column had smudge dirty finger prints in the fabric...Dissappointing.
