When I'm in gear but stopped (like at a stop light), there is a vibration/rattle happening. You can see the hood shaking, and you can hear and feel the vibration in the passenger compartment. Can I drop it back by sometime to have this looked at? No rush, I won't have any spare time until next week. And I'll probably need to wait while you guys look at it, my wife will be out of town with our other vehicle. Or if you have a shuttle that could take me to work and bring me back when the car is ready, that would work well, too. Thanks! Greg Bump

Unfortunately, a dent remains, and the paint job seems off on the rear right side door. There is an odd deep refraction of light in the same area where the dent remains (top right quadrant of said door). I will be contacting your office about it soon.

It took way to long to get parts maxed out my rental and I had to pay 188.00 more for rental. Also when I picked up car no one took me outside to look at repairs to see if I was satisfied. They used to do this. Customer service has gone down and parts should not take that long. No one really cared

I'm satisfied with the repair work that was done to my Jeep. The communication could use some work though. We were given a website with which we could track the progress of our repair. On the 2nd day, the site said that the estimated time of completion was 4:30 pm. I traveled to the rental car place to return it and head over to CP to pick up my Jeep around 4 pm. The car rental person suggested that I call to make sure my Jeep was finished. It was not. The website had not been updated. The next day I called before leaving. My Jeep was finished but the website had not been updated. What's the point in giving someone a website that is supposed to conveniently update progress when it doesn't get updated & I have to call anyway...?

They aren't the fastest or the cheapest, but they are reliable and easy to work with. Repairs were done in the scheduled time, for the estimate price, which means a lot more than low prices or promises to have it done sooner and endless delays. Made getting the car repaired easy and painless. Thanks!

Would be helpful for office to be open until 5:30. I received call during a meeting that car would be ready to pick up at 4:45 and office would close promptly at 5. Difficult since I work until 5.
