This was the 2nd time I have had the experienceto use your facility to repair my car. Both times I had a very easy time with your facility keeping me updated and helping me through the process. Everyone was very courteous and helpful.

I really appreciated the daily text message updates. It made me feel good while you were repairing my vehicle. Many times at other places, you don't hear from anybody and wonder if you had been forgotten and wonder when things will be completed. I liked that a lot.

Today after I picked up my vehicle, I noticed that all of the repairs were not completed to my car. The “AWD” and “HRV” car emblems were not replaced on the car. I will be returning to the shop on March 3rd to have this evaluated and fixed. Other than this, I am satisfied with the repair.
