Was very happy with the professionalism of your team. They made everything very easy including the car rental. Only one problem was that I was told the car would be ready on Saturday 12/22 & when I called on that afternoon I was told it would not be ready until 12/26. Nobody called to let me know. Up to that point communication had been excellent. I picked up the car today & it looks brand new. Workmanship is great.

To installing my wiper blades (not knowing my finger dexterity won't allow me to do it well).. to cleaning my vehicle so well I haven't had to use them.. but all combined, the sparkle in all your eyes, clothes and professional demeanor... It was stress releaving right from the beginning. The friendly and warm estimate process started the **** rolling. The ability to establish an agreeable solution was the determining factor. The updates via text were comforting. The ability to enjoy a one stop shop was extremely helpful, being able to pick up and drop off the rental car. Then seeing my baby all clean and repaired was fantastic. One could not find a friendlier group to work with. Totally professional.
