My only concern is how dirty the interior of my car was, the floor Matt's were covered in dust and the fabric needed to be vacuumed because of how much had gotten into it. The dashboard and the obvious pieces were cleaned but it feels like everything else was forgotten about. My truck bed was absolutely filthy but I also have a bed cover on it. As much as I would have liked someone to have taken a leaf blower and blown all the dust out of my bed, I'm more grateful that they didn't open it so I will let that slide. Overall the repair was a success and the customer service and everybody working in the office is always fantastic, 10 for 10 everywhere else. But your shop cleanup ****. The last time I had a repair they even lied about cleaning it up and I remember the front desk lady being absolutely furious. I highly recommend getting a detailer on site who knows what the hell he's doing

The repair work is outstanding! Unfortunately had to pay out of pocket for car rental for two days which insurance will not cover . Waiting for a $4000.00 credit which I was assured would be credited to me. Waiting patiently and will respond once I am issued a credit.
