First of all my name is NOT Hansen. He is the employee at Rice on Battleground who originally sent the pictures of the car that needed repair.
Whenever I went to the Collision Center, the staff could not find my paperwork, at first, or when I called they had trouble finding my paperwork.
I rented a car. The original estimate was adjusted after the first few days. It was going to be over $400 more, my boyfriend was paying out of pocket for it. He called and said he wanted to come see talk to the worker, he got lost coming there after work. The next day he decided it would be ok to fix the car, but he forgot to call back. (His fault). But my car sat there from Monday to Friday with no work being done. I called Friday expecting to pick the car up, but no one had called me to say that they still had the car on hold. Very POOR customer service, this caused me to have to have a rental car for 4 more days, no one gave me a break on the cost of the repair or the car rental.

Was given a repair completion date one week earlier than the actual date. It was a good thing the insurance company paid for the rental car, which cost more than $440.00!!!

I made an appointment for a tire replacement. When I got there I was told the tire needed to be ordered. When I called before my next appointment to make sure the tire was in, they didn’t know what I was talking about. Two
hours later when no one called me, I finally got confirmation that the tire was in.
It should not have taken two trips on a spare tire and several phone calls to get a tire replaced.

My car was in the shop for 3 months. I know that wasnt their fault. The part that was their fault was now being transparent about the actual work that was being done. I couldnt get the manager on the phone. Front desk was slow and unhelpful. When I picked my care up 3 tires were low on air and the head lights didnt work. The head lights still do not work properly
