The time that it took to get an estimate was ridiculous! I have had worse damage and it never took that long to get an estimate. 2 weeks is way too long!

On 11JUL22 I was quoted repairs in the amount of 4501.96. I authorized the repairs and paid 2,604.99 for parts leaving a balance of 2,385.20. One week prior to the estimated completion date I was called and advised the new balance would be ****,442,29. Several days before pick-up I was told the new balance was $2385.20 because there was only one wheel on the estimate. The estimate included two wheels for $1253.66 as listed on line 6 of the estimate. I was later informed the new total (same as the one adding a new wheel) was $2385>20 due to parts price increase. I spoke with the manager and got a bunch of double talk about price process but would never answer why the price went down.

I purchased my first Toyota (Corolla) in 1994. Since then, I cannot imagine driving any other car! Your quality of the repair, matching red paint (I was told long ago that red, different aging, is the most difficult color to match. In summary, the quality work, excellent communication by staff (knowledge, friendliness, professionally is absolutely "Toyota worthy", exactly what all departments can be proud of! Thank you all!

I am scheduled to bring the car in for review Tuesday. There is a crack in the dashboard that was not there prior to my leaving the car for repair.

It took 2 months to repair my car. I understand that the damage to the underbody was more substantial than it first appeared; however, I was given 4 different completion dates and each time the date arrived, I had to call to check on my car. I did not receive updates from the shop (which I have always received in the past). I was told on one of the estimated completion dates by one person that it would be another week and then another employee texted me at 5:45 that same day that my car was ready even though the car was still being repaired. There seemed to be a lack of communication between departments or perhaps the repairs weren't being updated in your system. There was definitely a lack of communication with me. There were two items on my car that were repaired that I wasn't even aware of until I picked the car up. I honestly hate to even send this review because Rice Collision has always done such a great job for me in the past but you have emailed me several times requesting my feedback. Not trying to be a "Karen" but the lack of communication was extremely frustrating, especially after I reached my maximum amount from my insurance company for a rental car and was without transportation of any kind for an additional 30 days.

It took three months and 10 days to fix simple rear end collision damage. I am happy with the results but outraged at the lack of professionalism at your body shop. I got suspect excuses at each delay, rather than the service I have come to expect from Rice since 2011.

After receiving the vehicle and having some time to check work, I noticed some smudge marks on the c-post exterior trim that I was unable to clean/ remove. I have not contacted the collision center since finding this concern.
