When I picked up my car, there were 2 defects in the paint that still needed to be buffed out, and there was a 4“ x 2“ splotch of paint on the tire that had to be removed. Attention to detail is important in body work.

Thru the entire process with Toyota of Greensboro. I had no problems. They kept me informed with the repair progress and completed the work 2 days earlier than expected. Also Sandi and Amber answered all my questions however stupid they were. Thanks

Throughout the process of dealing with a collision insurance claim handled by Toyota of Greensboro collision everyone was professional an helpful. Tracey Black - handled the initial call and was very courteous & helpful Scott Simmons - is extremely knowledgeable and helped me understand the process and advocated for me with the insurance adjuster. Ericka Paradis - emailed information and called to follow-up. The vehicle was declared a total loss and I feel that was the best outcome.
