Fantastic repair work on the car. The office staff was not always clear on communicating with me on the changes that needed to be made. When I came to get the car, there were more charges that I was not made aware of--even though this was an insurance claim. Nonetheless, I had to wait for the advisor to approve what I was to pay for when I picked it up.

My car took multiple trips and weeks to get repaired and it is still having the same issue after leaving it at the body shop 3 separate times. I was informed the second time I brought it that the oblong shaped part that holds the alignment on place was turned incorrectly. I was told that the mechanic wasn't sure if it was something they did the first time they had it or if it was from the accident which is interesting since they had to repair the wheel and either didn't do the alignment correctly, or possibly not at all. I was also told multiple times by several people that my wheel had been replaced but when I picked it up and got home I noticed damage to the wheel and was told they "repaired" it not replaced it. My rearview mirror is foggy since I got the car back from the first time at the shop. I assume that is clear coat. It was so cute when I tried explaining the issue I was experiencing with the car that had me returning it to the body shop and Ben attempted to explain to me how rain affects traction. I can only assume he did cause I'm a woman. At 34 and with 19,000 on this car I know how it feels to drive it and in the rain in general. That was adorable.

I am not satisfied because all though a lot of stuff got fixed on my car from the car accident my trunk wasn’t. It won’t remold open anymore or even open when pushing the buttons provided in the car which will now result me in having to try to drop the car off again so they can fix that

I was completely satisfied with the work, I wasn’t satisfied with how I had chase people down to get explanations for how the process was going. I also dropped off my rental with and the woman at the desk and she told send a text to Enterprise and 4 or 5 days later I had a 250.00 dollar charge on my credit card that Enterprise ended up taking care of.

I brought my car in to get bodywork, and it was working just fine even with a large hole in the side of it when I picked my car up from Toyota after the bodywork was finished, my heating and air conditioning did not work any longer the appraiser that was working that was working with my insurance adjuster told her that there was no possible way that the problem that was now happening with my car could’ve occurred during the accident however, the mechanics there at Toyota said that there’s no way to determine that one way or another.
