Aside from the tire issue I mentioned in the earlier review, I noticed yesterday that the guard over the driver-side tire isn't secured quite as well as it should be. It is close but either it is starting to come off or there was a slight gap that I didn't notice until now. Thanks, Charles

There is a door gap that is not flush and we took it back. Still not flush and when we were washing the car we noticed rough spots where it looks like over spray had gotten.

Since I was actually there twice, yes my rear bumper was hit twice in separate accidents 10 days apart!, and since my Toyota is new, I wanted the repairs completed by an official Toyota repair shop. All 3 ladies I dealt with at Rice were extremely professional and handled all the insurance contacts. Neither accident was my fault and both repairs were Allstate clients. I just had to drop off my car and get it repaired. Great job all around.

the answer is no because we need to return to get the overspray of paint removed from the right side of car. Once we are able to move about again, we will contact Rice and get this done. Otherwise we are completely satisfied with the staff and the service
