The repair with was done pretty well. Unfortunately when I got the car back one of the headlights looked brand new. Thanks for the new light but it Maness the car look entirely different with just one new light.

Our Sequoia had a recall to repaint the vehicle of which paint was coming off the size of softballs and other noticeable places all over. We are extremely grateful for this recall. The paint looks great!!! However...when we picked the vehicle up, we were sickened at how DIRTY THE INSIDE was!!! There was a DUST FILM ALL OVER THE INSIDE!!! INSIDE THE VENTS, YOU NAME IT! Went back inside and told them how dirty the car was; a young lady took it and said they would clean it; brought it back; still filthy; she took it back again (only gone a few mins each time) and when she brought it back, you could see dust sitting on top of the seats, footprints still in the carpet; a cloth shopping bag that was left inside the vehicle was like a powder keg when it was picked up. My wife (who kept this vehicle spotless inside) just left to keep from creating a scene and running the risk of seeming ungrateful for the paint job we had just been gifted through the dealership. However, this vehicle needed a DETAIL JOB on the inside. No pride whatsoever seemed to be evident on Toyota's part to return the vehicle AS CLEAN AS THE DAY IT WAS DROPPED OFF FOR THE PAINT JOB (and it had just been cleaned when we got the call to drop it off at the body shop). There is dust in crevices that will be impossible to get out, esp inside the vents and along the windows and wind shield. ALSO, there is a fine sheen of paint on the outside of the windows which we will have to use a razor blade to remove. This task has not been accomplished yet. Just disappointed in the lack of professionalism shown by returning our vehicle in such condition!!! The girls in the office were as polite as could be. Would have complained sooner but wanted to wait and calm down. Have had to go over the inside, with every inch needing to be cleaned and it's still not clean yet. Regards, Dean & Barb Stoneman

Everything appears to be perfect with the door replacement. Paint is perfect and the doot seems to fit and feel better now than it did originally. Thanks. Sheri was great too, kept me updated the whole time.

They should make sure the car is ready before they send you a text saying it is and it is not ready when you go to pick it up. That was disappointing.
