The 1st time I picked up my car the back bumper did not match the rest of the car. I was afraid I was going to have to insist that it be corrected but Sara immediately agreed with me & so did David. It looked pink & not red. The color was definitely not right! I brought it back the next week. The 2nd time it was right or as close as anyone could get a new paint color on a 10 yr old car. Thank you for making it right & wifhout a hassle. MUCH APPRECIATED!!

I'm still waiting for them to finish repairs from hail damage after two weeks. The silver grill trim was supposed to be ordered, but no-one had contacted me until I called and spoke with the manager.
