Radio doesn't work now and the door that was repaired doesn't open from the outside. The latch is possibly broken. The lights on my gear shifter don't work as well. All these things worked when I brought the truck in for repairs.

I was scheduled to drop my vehicle off on Jan. 18. I went in, got my rental and left my truck. Later the same day I got a call that one of the parts was damaged and it would be a week to a week and a half before the part would be in. I drive back out and get my truck. Rather than offer me ANYTHING to compensate me for my wasted time, I was force to negotiate to get you to cover an upgrade to my rental vehicle to a full size. After dropping my truck back off things went pretty smooth. Work was completed when promised and looks good - body and paint work was done nicely. After leaving the dealership I noticed that my running board had not been replaced. I looked at my paperwork and my insurance is being billed for that running board and the labor to put it on. I called back to discuss with not much explanation other than we made a mistake - this really does NOT look good for a business. I haven't called the insurance company but feels like I should. I now have to bring my truck BACK out to get a running board put on and AGAIN have to negotiate to get a rental vehicle - was offered shuttle service which is really ridiculous after even more inconvenience and time from me. I also just noticed my interior is scuffed which I have not reported to you yet so we'll see how that interaction goes. I come to Dewey for all of my maintenance, major service, and body work but this experience has me questioning that. Having an accident ****, you guys made it worse. Mark **** 771-4884
