I received a text from Ebby's stating that my car would be ready by 6:11 pm . I arrived at 5:50 pm to find the shop closed. I found a ****, a cleaning lady and A gentlemen who later on was referred to as an estimator, Michael. I showed him the text. He said the shop was closed and the car must not be ready. We went on and on and he all but threw me out of the place. I never received a call to explain why my car was not ready. As a result, the insurance company approved two days only not three. I should not have to pay for the third day. Dissatisfied. Pamela S

Ebby's did a great job all around. The quality of the work was excellent and the communication was outstanding. The estimate was easy to get and spot on. There was one small change and I was contacted promptly and given the info I needed to decide how to handle it. They kept me informed through the whole process and the car was ready when promised. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ebby's. Thanks for a job well done!

Everyone was so professional very customer oriented and so very friendly and helpful! Everything was explained in depth !
