Roof not buffed as told, dent on right side still obvious, hood could of gotten filled in then buffed out

Once I got my vehicle home and was backing out my driveway, something was not right as the drivers side tire was rubbing the newly replaced bumper on a hard turn. Am planning to bring it back in on Tues Sept 2 to determine problem. Thanks.
