Great service & excellent work!

They threw my stuff in the back seat and although they cleaned the car out they spilled my coffee on the seat.

I loved that they sent updates and let me know that my vehicle was ready via text. This is my second time using smoots for repairs and I'm equally as impressed. I would definitely use them again!

The only thing that was difficult was that it took so long to get the car back. I do understand that the weather was difficult. We ended up having to pay for another week of rental for a car. The car itself looks beautiful and it was a great job in repairing it. It looks brand new!

It was easy and fast (even with the snow storm!) and the staff was lovely!

Awesome customer service! I was greeted when j first came and felt welcomed. I felt that my car was in the best hands. I truly enjoyed being kept up to date via text messages.

My car incurred damage from the accident which was not fixed to its pre-accident state and some repairs that were not addressed entirely. The mirrors are no longer adjustable electrically and the car alignment still pulls to the right are the major concerns.

That was the best repair job I've ever seen. Not only that but everyone was so nice AND you washed my car for me!!! Thank you Smoot's, I'm cerainy going to recommend you to everyone we know!!!

I'll definitely be coming back again for their service. They fixed my car with no problem and consistent. B.B. was very helpful in the process. Valerie showed very good customer service and she kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle. Will be recommending them to my family and friends.

Only problem was having my phone message light blinking at 6:08 a.m. when I was still trying to sleep. Consider sending the message a little later :)

Friendly people, wonderful customer service and quality fast work. I was impressed. Of course i wish the shop stayed open later on fridays but that is no reflection on the fantastic work done to my car!

I have always been in sales and you may have a great product howevr if your Touch system is a mess you are as good as dead in the water. So with that said I Love the way you handle your customers from point of contact through to completion. I always feel like I am working with a top notch organization that has its priorities in order and values me and my business. Each repair that you have done on my car has been excellent, the color match excellent.. The girls in your office that are my first point of contact are the bomb. So professional howevr genuine and warm they make the introduction, provide me with an overview, set me up with anything I need, rental etc., make me feel totally confident that I am in good hands, get me in get me out. AWESOME! I have many options available to me when I need this type of work howevr I travel 35 minutes to get to these guys. The whole team experience... A Job well done:)
