Every part of this experience was positive. My initial appraisal with Ron was handled quickly and positively. I was 30 minutes late for my appointment and they still accepted me gladly. I was emailed an estimate which was thorough and clear and the opportunity to book within a very short time. I was told how long to expect the job to take and it was exactly that time. I had questions via email and they were answered almost immediately. There were no surprises there was no difficulty at all. Every staff member who spoke with r was professional, friendly, accommodating and pleasant. I was never treated with anything but gratitude for my business.
