Waited a month for parts and when I finally brought in vehicle for repairs I was told the vehicle was to be totaled. Then waited longer to actually get my settlement payment after back and forth phone calls to IAA, USAA and the body shop to actually get the the process rolling. It's convenient the body shop and all other entities get paid right away but the person paying for the insurance gets left in limbo.

The car sat at the location for a week while being diagnose. I felt if they know that the issue was not going to be covered by the insurance than my vehicle should not have sat there that long. I am pissed because I could have had my vehicle fixed by another mechanic. I felt like it was a waste of time bringing my car there. I disagree with the diagnose with as much potholes and construction happening on these streets but what do I know I have two working eyes.

very friendly service people. just one word of advice, when there are customers visible, that your staff be careful of their verbal use of vulgarity as some customers may think it is disturbing. it sort of degrades the good service of other staff in your employ. just a thought.
