I experienced the best comstomer service representative I have in a while. Tom Refeitt was very kind and understanding to my needs as a US Army service member on a global response team. He understood that waiting a month to get my vehicle fixed could leave my wife in a situation where she would have to take care of the vehicle which would have caused a significant inconvenience. He discussed the way-ahead with me and called multiple times personally and updated me with the status and potential time frames of completion allowing me to plan ahead with my unpredictable work schedule. Wilkinson and the Body Shop team are the best run organization I have seen in a long time. I will recommend your dealership to everyone I talk to and let them know it is worth the drive (away from Fayetteville) to take advantage of such a great group of people. You have made my car accident one of the more pleasurable experiences this year which I would not have believe at the time of the car crash. Thank you again and I hope you continue to focus on customer service because it goes a long way in standing out amongst your peers.

Outstanding customer service, did everything to accommodate my request to have my truck back before Christmas. Tom and his crew completed the job within hours, in the six years I've been living in North Carolina this was my far the best service I've seen, would highly recommend Wilkerson auto body shop.
