Your company hires outside people for some applications , they were to be there to apply clear bra on Friday and did not show till Wednesday causing a delay of 5 days which cost me money on my rental , I’ve stated this before in a survey and no answer . You must not care near as much as you say .

I used them once before when someone ran into the back of my vehicle. This time I wanted to clean up 5+ years of use. When they returned it to me the car looked like it just came off the showroom floor. Great job, thank you.

I still have issues and each time they try to fix the problem either it gets worse or another issue comes up.
They can not even do such a simple thing as replace a mirror that they took off the car.
Last time they had the car they did somethin in my settings, now I have a randon beep that I can not identify.
Worst body shop ever!

After the initial estimate of ~$8,800 which we felt was way over what it should be, I decided only to have the front fender replaced rather than the car restored to factory condition. When my neighbor and I delivered the auto to your shop, we repeated this to your representative. Something was mentioned to me about the slight door dent that needed to be repaired. I replied that it would only be done if it could be pulled out with a plunger for very little cost.
I then received a call on Dec 14 that the estimate was now being raised by ~$2200. I asked how this could be for just a fender repair and I then said I would be down shortly to pick the car up. When my neighbor and I arrived, we found the car disassembled (front and back bumpers off, door handles removed, trim removed, “HYBRID” emblem removed, etc.). We could not believe our eyes with what had been done to the car. Why was this done when all I wanted to be done was to replace a dented/scratched front fender? I told them I wanted the car put back to its former condition. I would then be back to get it.
We were told that the car was disassembled to determine a better estimate of repairs. I was then informed that the repair shop had notified our insurance, USAA, who in turn totaled the car based on the repair cost.
At a later date, it was agreed that the car would be put back together, and for about $1500 the front fender would be replaced and painted.
The car was washed before leaving it at the repair shop and to the normal person the only visible damage was the right front fender. The car looked good and still does. This entire process has been disheartening for replacing a front fender which we could have done ourselves. There was a total lack of communication. Insurance companies are paid by us. We are their customer and your customer. All communication should have been directed to us FIRST. Verification of what was to be done should have been communicated prior to taking the car apart. The removal of parts was NOT necessary for any part of this estimate. I have worked on enough cars to know this was a costly mistake for us. My mistake was taking the car to your shop.
I understand that estimates include every second you look at or do something to the car. Why not try adding some time to communicate with the customer?
NONE OF THE ORIGINAL 2 MPH ACCIDENT INVOLVED THE FRONT AND REAR BUMPERS THAT WERE TAKEN OFF TO SUBSTANTIATE THE ADDED $2200 REPAIR COST.
AGAIN IF ONLY THE RIGHT FRONT FENDER WOULD HAVE BEEN DONE FOR ~$1500 THE CAR WOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN TOTALED BY USAA!

This was my first experience with Sunn West. From the very beginning I was made to feel very comfortable and welcomed by their entire staff. My first meeting with Marsha was great. She was very nice and very knowledgeable. She took one look at the damage to my vehicle and knew exactly what had happened. She proceeded to explain the process and provide an estimate. During the time they had my vehicle, I was kept up to date with the progress and timing. I would completely recommend their services to family and friends. Thank you so much for a job well done.
