After driving for over 5 years and serving our countries Military, this was my first car accident. This was a nerve wrecking experience. After speaking with Import auto and the staff including the representative by the name if Jack, my mind was put at ease as I was assured everything would be okay. Today I received my car and I can say i am truly satisfied with the work and communication between me and the Import auto. Great staff and great work. I can rest easy knowing my insurance is affiliated with such a great company like Import auto.

The job was done with much skill and consideration. I appreciate that time was taken to do a great job and not just slack off where others might. The customer service is excellent and I take comfort in receiving status updates about the vehicle. I also truly appreciate that the time was taken to clean the inside of the vehicle as well and when I got into the car it was like brand new to me which is a wonderful feeling. Had a few scratches that were not there when I brought the car in for repairs. They quickly buffed them out but I was also displeased that my car was not cleaned. I have beige interior seats and they were dirty from the workers.The exterior could have been cleaned also.
