KC was great in keeping me updated on the status of my car at the collision center. There were delays in getting parts but I understood it was not completely the fault of KC or anyone handling my repairs. I truly appreciate KC diligence and must say he is a great representation of the excellent service provided by Toyota of Carlsbad Collision Center! THANK YOU for EVERYTHING!
