I had to bring my Tundra back due to completely unsatisfactory condition of the vehicle after repairs. I had a page and a half of issues. It took 9 days to complete the issues, at which point the vehicle looked great. It took way to long to completely repair the issues present after the the initial delivery. The repairs initially took 3 weeks.

Thought I was very rushed when picking up my vehicle. Not enough staff to take care of customers at closing time between 5:30 and 6:00 pm. thought my car was clean on the outside great job.The inside not so great. Front and back windows not done at all.They did have it vacume inside. To my surprise they found a phone charm I thought I lost forever. Staff was nice and friendly.KC was my person that worked on my claim. kept me informed and updated through email and phone messages. was a pleasure working with him on my claim.
