Excellent service and follow up. Expedited the process for me l, which I greatly appreciate. The only constructive comment I have is that I feel the paint came out a little swirled on the side that was buffed but not painted. I appreciate the paint is old and black paint is difficult to manage. But, felt there were some heavy swirls. Nonetheless, you guys have always done good work for us and we will come back if ever needed. Thanks.

The el dorado technicians did an outstanding job. The paint matched well. I will recommend this business for all car collision repairs. I had one previous collision repair and they did not do a great job like eldotado. Thank you for the great work.

Great job on fixing rear bumper damages and worn paint on trunk. My 11 year old Honda Civic looks like new. Appreciated the regular text status updates. All work completed sooner than originally estimated which was great. Friendly and efficient staff. Would recommend.

Every aspect of my car repair was excellent. The staff at El Dorado were extremely competent and their customer service was outstanding. I was informed by text as the car was being repaired and the estimated completion time was spot on. I highly recommend El Dorado Collision in Poway.
