My passenger side doors don't match up and up can see the sand marks on the rear quarter panel. The rear passenger door doesn't shut properly.

My windshield washer fluid won't come out. Items in my car were stolen! Sunglasses n cologne my wife bought me. They never leave my car those items. I want whoever did it fired n if the cameras u have don't see the person inside my car someone must have seen or know something about who worked on my car n cleaned washed n vacuumed it. I'm not satisfied at all. I want my stuff back!

Aside from not scheduling the state inspection per agreement. Seve said that I never requested it and needed valid registration. Even though I told him 3 times that registration is in car then He hung up the phone. No phone notification that job was completed yesterday. Too bad it was going so well until pick-up time. It sort of makes remembering any positives hard. Bad PR if you ask me.

To achieve complete satisfaction, I would have like for the edges of the bumper to have been sanded down before painted and attached to the vehicle to resemble the way it was when we bought the car. Otherwise I was satisfied with the work.

I wasn't able to get my car until Sat. As soon as I started the car, a warning light came on about tires. The service center found a screw in the tire and they replaced the tire. Kimber went out to look over the car and found that there no clips holding the bumper on. She also said that it appeared to be slight damage on the driver's side and it was painted over.
