The Passenger Rear Tire lug nuts were not tightened or torqued. Started making noise, and had to rush home to figure out what the problem was and fixed it. Otherwise I was pleased, but very disappointed in the fact that something so easy and simple was not completed!

Our vehicle had 2 separate claims. We appreciate Apple coordinating both claims together. The repairs look great. Apple is a direct repair with Erie insurance. Our assigned adjuster did not properly sent things to the collision center prior to our first appraisal. This caused a few issues to the process. Calling the claims center directly was more effective. That’s Erie’s issue not Apple’s.

There are new stains on the light grey fabric of my driver seat and the driver door. Apparently the Apple Group in general does not take measures to protect seats and door fabric as I also have stains from Apple Honda.

The daily text message update was very convenient as well as being able to pick up and drop off the Enterprise rental all in a one stop trip. Thank you for the complimentary car wash and vacuum.
