I reported that my car pulled hard to the left following my accident and they stated they did an alignment but it pulls left even harder now, to the point that it is distracting to drive, also there is a chip of paint missing from a section of the vehicle that was not supposed to be touched.

I picked up my car and it was misty inside I know my interior was dirty already and I went to a car wash to clean my car and found out that there was mold and water and found out that my car was outside sitting with out cover or protection from the rain which cause all the water to get inside my car and now I have mild flu and water damage to my floors I’m highly upset and hat told me that they will fix it

The pickup notification failed twice late in process. Up until then I received emails giving me the current status, then when delays occurred I wasn't notified until I called the collision center. The first time I was in York just to pickup my vehicle.
