Uneven panel gaps, dents and car wasn't cleaned after the repairs performed. I have taken car back twice to repair center for fixing issues. Need to be taken one more time for resolving tye issues.

Apple Collision did an excellent job with not only the repairs to my vehicle but with all insurance and rental car paperwork. From start to finish, I was kept informed of progress and repairs needed to my car. All deadlines were met.

Cost way to much to repair when it wouldn't cost that much to fix over pricing if I had the money at the moment I would have fixed it myself but unfortunately I had to let go cause of insurance 5300 you guys estimated it and insurance only would cover 4000 I had a macanic look at it before it was towed and said it would only cost 2600 to fix and could have went to rock auto to get parts damage wasn't really bad but it is what it is thanks anyways

Matt kept me well-informed throughout the entire process by checking in with me weekly. He was very considerate and wanted to make sure everything was perfect for me. I love my Honda Pilots. I was the first repair on the 2021 model and it was a great learning experience for everyone at the shop. I was glad to help, even though I wasn't glad to wreck my car.

We have never had a good experience with Apple. We only went here because the insurance didn't give us a choice. All of the ladies we dealt with were nice and respectful. All of the men that we dealt with had poor "bedside manor" which we already complained about as well as an instance where we were told "Not to hold our breath" that the car could be repaired because the frame was bent. I asked if that was a guess or an issue noticed upon physical inspection. I was told photos were sent to the insurance company to decide. I then spoke with the insurance adjuster and he agreed that there is no way this little fender bender could have bent the frame which Is what I had stated to the Apple Guy. The insurance company then proceeded to tell us that we would be taken care of and the car would be saved. I then asked about a leak that I am pretty sure is oil that was on the same side as the accident and had only started the night the accident happened. I was assured that there was no stain left in the dock where the car was parked. I brought this issue up several times honestly due to lack of trust stemming from past interactions as well as the "bent frame" assumption. I was assured each time that nothing was found on the ground (however I am pretty sure that no physical inspection was done to look for an active leak). I expressed my concern that if it was found after the claim was completed that we would be stuck because it was not repaired at the time of the claim yet caused from the accident. Now we have had the vehicle back for several weeks and the leak is still there and may be getting worse. I will be sending an email as well to apple and be sending pictures of the area the leaks happen on the ground. I may not be a mechanic, but I sure as heck know what a leak is and I pay attention to my cars. I do appreciate them getting some of the older yellow paint off of the vehicle from a former pole scrape that my now deceased grandfather did, that was appreciated. I am not trying to get anyone in trouble but you should know what is happening and how we were treated. I have been in customer service and management for over 25 years and I would never have handled a customer and their vehicle like this, especially knowing that this car is special to my daughter and the family as she purchased it from her grandfather who just passed a week before her fender bender which the staff at Apple was aware of.
