I met Tara first to make my appointment. She was very cordial and took very good care of me. I was there just briefly to set it up. Upon dropping off my car I met with Juan who went out of his way to make my experience feel comfortable. The check-in process was fast and courteous and he showed genuine concern for me. He kept me well-informed as to the progress and actually got my car back to me 2 days ahead of schedule.!! My car was returned me to freshly detailed both inside and out and looked brand new. I would HIGHLY recommend your repair facility to anyone in need of work. They are true assets to your organization.

The group of people over at Arrigi Dodge body shop were awesome. I had dropped my truck off for minor body work and a bumper replacement, and they were able to get it in and out in a few days with no delay on my travel plans following the completion of the work. My plan was to pick up my truck and leave with it heading north for a holiday vacation. I received a call that the truck would be finished up after lunch and to pick it up (some where around 2pm) that was an hour later than what I was hoping or expecting. Knowing it had to just be cleaned up, Eric was able to locate someone to complete the job even tho they were about to break for lunch. So the truck was finished and ready for pick up as soon as I got there with no waiting around. They called over to the on site enterprise and helped assist with making sure there was a car ready for me Once I walked over. The team had done a fantastic job. I would recommend them to anyone.

I'm very satisfied with the work that was done and in a timely manner. My service person Juan explained the process and made me feel comfortable leaving my car there for service, he also kept in close communication keeping me informed, and with a lifetime i know the jos is well done...thanks Juan and Arrigo Dodge.

I was surprised to see that the job was well done. No difference to be seen between the repaired part and the rest of the car in sense of colour. Everything that was explained to me before the job seems to be done.
