When updated about my scheduled repair, it would have been better if I was notified of specific stages in the repair and timely notifications as I did not receive updates of my car until the day of pick up. In regards to my car pick up notification, it would also have been better if the collision center would have notified me sooner than the day of the pick up, close to the center’s closing time to tell me when they have extended my pick up date considering how close

I will NEVER take my car to any other collision repair place. Neil Huffman WILL ALWAYS get my business. My car looks and rides the same as when I first got it. When my husband picked it up he was VERY pleased also. Neil Huffman had my car detailed inside & out! Thank you sooooo much!!

All the staff were very friendly to me every time I had to speak with one of them. The only issues I have is that all my dash lights were working when I dropped my car off but they aren't all working now. I didn't noticed until it got dark so I still have to call to let them know about it when they open this morning
