The customer service was awesome but when I picked my car up the tire symbo was on in the car. The agent tried to fix it but wasn't able to and mentioned leaving the car or bringing it back either way after having a rental car for three weeks and turning it in right before I picked my car up, the last thing I wanted was to get another rental car. I will call back on Monday if the light is still on but my schedule is tight and this is an inconvenience

I was very impressed with my Detailed Record Book that was written by Dawn Monroe .. And with all the up dates I received from text to my phone from start to finish.. And the work on my VEHICLE is Excellent!!!!

It took longer than I was originally told BUT they did find a couple other things wrong with it so that's fine. I haven't had a chance to call yet but the hood doesn't seem to be lined up correctly. There is a gap on the drivers side but not on the passengers side. :(
