I like the updates by text, it was a way to keep me postd so I wouldnt have to call them, also I was given a tentative date n price in atimely manner.also during my pick up I was told if there would be any problem I could bring it back. So far it had been a good experience with them. Thank you

The entire staff was very friendly, and customers did not have to wait to be help. Technician got right on it and got the issue fixed in no time. Car looks like new and it even feels better than before they worked on it. Outstanding job

Maybe review the forms of payment accepted at the time of drop off. Even if there is a statement posted it would've been helpful for me to know the other day that AMEX wasn't accepted. Extended hours would also be nice.
