The team at Neil Huffman Collision Center made the otherwise miserable experience of being rear-ended 2 days before my birthday infinitely less stressful. The process was so fast and easy, and every person I spoke to as very accommodating and facilitated things throughout my transaction. I was very pleased with the end result: they even kindly repaired a small hole that I had advised them was preexisting as a courtesy! I would highly recommend Neil Huffman Collision to anyone needing repairs.

Two items had to be ordered for which I am waiting on. Also, the rear cross traffic alert doesn't seem to be working and the steering jitter for lane monitoring is very weak to almost unnoticeable. Once these items are corrected I would be happy. Thanks!

After I got home I noticed my tail light on the passenger side was not working right. Whoever reinstalled it after the repair put the bulbs in the wrong sockets. My brake light was a turn signal and my turn signal was a brake light. I also noticed the bumper end was not put on proper on to the clip. So I was going to go back and let them see but I decided to fix the light this weekend for safety reasons and I will remove the rubber piece in the next few days when it warms up and fix that myself also. I really didn't expect to do this but rather than take it back and complain I'd rather fix it my self and make sure it's right. It got fixed where I got hit but the finished product was unsatisfactory. Darren was professional but I was unhappy with the job but life goes on

Not so much the repairs by Neil Huffman themselves. Of course going though this process, one can't really say they were "satisfied", I'd much preferred NOT had go e through it at all. The repair was just one aspect. The Insurance piece is the second, and the car rental a third. As for Niel Huffman, absolutely excellent repair work. Paint looks perfect, headlight installation looks great, and new bumper looks better than before of course. I do question why you guys "charged" or "paid" over $200 for one headlight, when I researched and found an OEM equivalent part for $126.00 for a pair, and an average of $60-$70 for a single headlight. Quite a difference and extreme markup! This bothers me because the issue I have and why I'm not "completely" satisfied is why the insurance "Gieco" doesn't pay for "both" headlights to be repaired? My car is a 2008, hence the lenses are pretty seriously yellowed, faded, oxidized! So I'm very very disappointed at how NOW We have **** headlight perfectly brand new and crystal clear and tbe other completely and noticeably opposite. Kind of like asking me to accept noticeably unmatched paint job. So now I'm forced to purchase a single drivers side light, and pay someone to install it because instead of the insurance doing the right thing and paying for BOTH to be repaired and pay $126.00 for a pair, they only paid for one at over $200. So to be "Completely" Satisfied, both headlights sshould have been replaced if it was clear that they were drastically unmatched.
