They were fantastic. I dropped the car off before they were even ready for it and although I was prepared to wait a week or two before they could even get to it they finished the job 6 days later. The car looks great, rides great and is way cleaner than when they got it. Much appreciated!

Not a good job... putting this in writing because the same exact mistakes were made again. The clear coat has over two dozen flaws, reminiscent to the same flaws in the repair work back in June 2016. The lift gate looks fine. The clear coat flaws are in the bumper, scattered from end to end and top to bottom. We brought the defects to the attention of the young man who gave us the keys and the paperwork. He recommended that we bring the Beetle back on Tuesday. But, if you think it needs more time we can wait. Just let us know... After twice trusting the Clarksville Auto Center, the final product has not improved. Most noticeable is that the same mistakes were made in both the clear coat and the lack of quality control. The car should not have been returned in that condition. The Clarksville Auto Center processes should be reviewed and corrected.

Repairs are fine , but the interior smells like cigarettes. My daughters are driving to school with the windows down. :-/

Damage to my car was not completely repaired. My car most now remain in your shop for an additional two days. It's even more frustrating because the additional repair is located next to the original damage.

You guys were outstanding and looking forward to coming again in the future!
