I've had a long history with your buisness. I've always have left happy and have had a great experience. Never having an issue. This past week I was involved in an accident with my husbands car. I without question chose to use your company first fixing the Chrysler and then fixing my altima. My claim went in and the parts were ordered by Tim on 12/4 saying the bumper parts would be in 12/5 a Friday. I never received notification that my parts were in... So by noon on Monday I called to find out... No-one could find my name or my husband's name then being transfered and being hung up on 4 times 4... By the two women that work the front.. Calling back to go through the process again. I guess a customer fell outside so they weren't taking calls and hanging up on customers. Then to speak with reps that really need customer service training.. Your work speaks for itself, always great and up to par. But for someone that has used your company for multiple claims and to be treated like as a **** wasn't appropriate.
