When I got my car back, everything seemed great, except my ham radio. Turns out the painters had removed my antenna, then didn't know how to put it back on (requires a special tool), and so they re-attached my antenna, but didn't electrically re-connect it. Also, it was a fold-over type, so they didn't need to remove it at all. I wish they had asked, so I could have advised them.

The third party messaging system told me my car would be ready at a specific time and day which was not the case. I returned my rental car and got a ride over only to find out my car was not ready. Not a huge deal as I don't mind walking/skating to work. I just feel that could be made better.
Lastly the interior of my car was pretty gross. I had some kind of grease/oil all over my steering wheel, glove box and driver door. Again, a small thing, but after missing my car for so long I was not elated to have to clean out the interior.
