Mostly I was happy but there was one thing I would have liked to have happened differently. I brought my car in on a Tuesday and was told it would take 2 to 3 days for the repair. On Thursday I got a phone call that said they hadn’t started the repairs yet because they were waiting for the insurance company to approve an extra hour of labor cost. I would’ve liked to have heard about that on Tuesday so I could just tell them to start the repair and I would cover that cost. My car was in the shop for an entire week and I hadn’t planned on that.

The car was in the shop primarily to determine if it should be totaled or not. After quite some time working with our insurance company it was ultimately totaled. Never felt pressure by SA to get the car out of the shop while this was happening. I'd recommend you to anyone needing your services.

Jennifer is awesome. She is cortious, patient and informative. She had more info on the claims process than my Farmers agent. She kept me informed about the repair process and had the car fixed before the scheduled date. I enjoyed working with her.

There are dents in the front door that I believe and Tony backed me up, should have been fixed. Their communication about the car in general has been outstanding.
