Loved that it was a one stop shop with the insurance company, rental car company and auto body shop. Appreciated the text updates and was pleasantly surprised to see my car vacuumed and cleaned when I picked it up. You kept my car for a extra day because you had to wash it! It wasn’t washed and the inside smelled like some kind of chemicals, I came back and one guy said if I could drop the car off! It’s so easy for you guys to say drop it off, what about a vehicle for me to get around! Then he had all these excuses that it wasn’t some kind of chemical! But he never got into the car to smell what it could possible be! So this guy is telling me it’s not chemical, but yet it doesn’t get in the car to smell what it could be! I left pissed off and will never go back to your shop, and I will let progressives know how I feel and tell them about this guy and all his excuse , but not once did he get into the car to smell the chemical or whatever it could be, there was one guy that got into the car but he couldn’t smell anything because he was sick! The guy from the shop didn’t even bother to check it out! Call progressive! And letting them know!

The actual work done to my car looks great! Though they were late by a week and I didn’t find out that they weren’t finished until an hour before the scheduled pick up time they had told me. I had to call and ask if we were still on track for pickup and when I called they seemed confused. Also, no one informed me that I had to pay an additional $500 shop deductible fee on top of my $1000 deductible for my insurance company. I feel like I got screwed out of my money and there was no transparency and no one mentioned this when I brought my car in. I was under the assumption that I only had to pay for my insurance’s deductible and they rest was covered—as that’s how it’s normally taken care of when my parents have had repairs done.

Got a call today that my car was done, so I biked in the rain to come get it. The person helping me told me that they broke the glass bringing it out to me, so I had to go home in the rain without a car.

The length of time it took was not communicated well. I was told it would be done at either 4:00 on Wednesday or on the following Monday. I understood how holiday hours might affect this, but I eventually had to call after four o'clock on Wednesday to find out that it would not be ready. Having (or not having) the car for the holiday was going to be very impactful, so not knowing until late Wednesday was added stress.
