This was a smooth seamless experience, from the front desk to Jill who did the estimate and was my Customer service rep to the enterprise rental office in the complex. Everyone very customer service oriented and the body repair job was awesome. My only complaint is that my glove compartment latch is cracked and weak, had to fortify for now with duct tape. Did not have that issue before, not sure when/how it happened. But overall, this place takes care of business!

I was sent a text telling me that my car was due to complete on 8/30 (tomorrow). The next text I received on 8/29 asked me to confirm that I received my car. It is now 7pm on 8/29 and I have no information from you regarding the location of my car despite leaving voicemail at the shop at 3pm.

I had to bring it back for a follow-up repair as the steering wheel was crooked when driving. Suggestion: add a check for toe alignment after work that might affect it, such as the wheel in my case.

Although I appreciate Seattle Automotive picking up the responsibility for fixing the window and getting the car detailed after it was broken into on the lot, the original repairs were not done to completion. My vehicle was left clunking and rattling, as well as a horrifically loud grinding and squealing sound that started the day after I picked it up. In addition to all the income I missed out on while my car was being repaired, the money I had to spend on the deductible for the repairs, plus the money I had to spend replacing all the items that were stolen out of my vehicle, plus the cost of the rental vehicle and the rides to and from the rental agency, rides to and from the repair shop, I am now out a large amount of additional income from this weekend, yesterday and today due to the incomplete repairs. To add insult to injury, I dropped my car off at 11 o’clock this morning and was told I would get a call back before the end of the day and everything would be fixed today. One employee called me in the early afternoon and told me I would hear from the owner. That never happened and the shop is now closed for the night. I tried calling several times and it went straight to voicemail. I will now be without my car for another night and who knows how long I will be without it tomorrow as well, if it is even finished tomorrow. This has been an extremely time consuming and costly experience for me! I am out over $4,500.00 due to all of this!

Low tire pressure light is now on. Lane change indicators on side mirrors no longer work. There's a rattle sound I can't figure out. Waiting for a call Monday regarding resolution.

Seriously some of the nicest people to work with!! They were casual yet professional! These people GO THE EXTRA MILE! They were crazy busy when I went in to pick up my rig and yet they kept their cool not rushing any of their patrons. Taking time to explain, offer options and most importantly LISTEN to their customers. The work they did looks great and is guaranteed for the life of my car. Upon leaving, I asked Tony for a recommendation on a small issue completely unrelated to the work they did. Keep in mind, they’re crazy busy! Tony told me to go back inside and take a seat while he asked one of his technicians. Less than 10 minutes the tech pulled my rig out and explained to me what he did. In a nutshell, he did a real basic fix on a real basic issue on my front bumper that had been there since I bought it three years ago. I hope I never need a repair shop again but if I do you can sure as hell bet that I will go back to Seattle Automotive in SODO!!
