Awesome body work, cool staff good job

When I called to make appointment, I was told it would take a week to repair. When I dropped off car, I was told they would take apart the car and someone would call me - I got the impression that someone would call me that day, since I dropped off car at 7:30 Am. I called the following day and did not get a definite day of completion. The car took longer than expected to be repaired. The car does look beautiful and works perfectly after the repair.

I was very satisfied with Seattle Automotive. They did awesome work to my truck, even cleaned the inside and outside of it. I was very surprised they did this and it was very appreciated. Lonny knows exactly what he is doing and I will refer friends and family to him. Enterprise was also great. they made renting a car easy and stress free. However, I was not satisfied with the insurance companies and their "inspection." While I understand that Seattle Automotive is a body shop, I didn't like the fact that Geico didn't inspect anything mechanical, and then ask me to get it inspected elsewhere and if there was a mechanical problem caused by the accident I was in, they would cover it. So basically get bent, unless you find something we missed. It felt very unprofessional and unsafe. i will not reccomend seeing a "geico inspection agent." and instead will refer people straight to Lonny, since he does it right.

Tran was more than helpful in getting my insurance company to pay! I couldn't have done it without her.
