I am very upset about your service while handling my vehicle. There was something very sentimental missing from my car. You staff claims it was most likely lost while cleaning the car. However, my vehicle was not cleaned. Not vacuumed or wiped down inside. The item missing can not be replaced. I can never get another one. I am hurt and disappointed in your service and reaction to my loss. It is not cool for anyone to act passive regarding my belonging. It may have meant nothing to you, but was very sentimental to me. I hope you are making every effort to locate my item because your conversation did not make me believe your cares to go the extra mile to locate my missing item. I was very excited to get my car back. Got in to sit down and the first thing I noticed was my belonging gone. I looked everywhere under the seat, console and in the entire vehicle. To no avail. I know you won’t find it in a vacuum bag because my car was NOT vacuumed. I wish that you get to the bottom of this. Whoever was in charge of cleaning or handling my car needs to be questioned. I am devastated. That has been in the same place for over a year and despite mr having TWO fender benders in one week - the items remained. One item is there, but the other gone! They are identical. And never left eachother‘ aside or mines until I brought my car to you. Seattle Automotive Please find my stuff. My heart is broken. I should be happy today. My car looks great, but I am not going to well. Had I known something like this would happen i would have never left them in the car. Why is one gone, but not the other? Why? I just want my item returned. No questions asked. Nothing could replace the item gone. Nothing.

I felt my vehicle was rushed for pick up and I was not able to amply inspect car with Lonnie for my assessment and subsequent satisfaction. In addition, i noticed buffing ring scratches where no scratches were at drop off. This was due to rushing I believe. Lastly, as an example of the rush job.....after I pulled my vehicle out I parked to transfer rental car items to my car 10 min later a tech ran out with my druver side fliir mat to let me know he/they forgot to put back in. Not the way to end an already unhappy experience. I would like to give you an opportunity to review my situation and let me kniw if I am off in my assessment because I have taken my business to you before and did not experience this type of service.

Caitlin from Geico was very cooperative and patient with me, as was Tram (sp?) the Seattle Automotive estimator I worked with. I had some concerns and there were some communication glitches, but they were resolved to my satisfaction. The work on the car is beautiful. My car was returned to me clean and the repairs look great. I'm glad I went with Geico Express. The Enterprise guys, especially Tyler, were all great as well. I'm very pleased with the entire experience. Thank you.
