Excellent work. Professionally done and exactly on time. Couldn’t have been more satisfied.

Rachael was terrific - did all she good to help facilitate getting my car repaired. However, it took four days, and in those days I'd get conflicting emails about the status of the work and the loaner car-none of which service knew anything about so wires are crosses somewhere in our organization. When I got there to pick up the car, the person who helped me had it washed a second time-didn't bother to check with Rachel, who of course, already had it washed earlier when she called to say my car was ready for pick up. They instead send me to the waiting room-which is not what someone wants to do at the end of the day-and I did suggest the manager toss the dead and dying poinsettias and mess all over-it's a real shame as it give the impression nobody cares-well, Rachael does. I hope to not bring either of my Subaru's back for service-it took two visits to determine the part was under warranty-and many different explanations and strange texts-all conflicting information, to get my car repaired...my last car purchase and repair from Farrish. My family and friend say the same. Sorry, but you asked, and I'm sharing my honest experience.

I had bought separately from Hyundai the replacement glass and advised farrish staff the glass was in the truck of the car for staff to use. Apparently staff used its own glass and I believe charged me for this in-house glass.

From first call to pick up of repaired car, the service couldn't have been better. Thanks.

Chris and Kyle were extremely helpful and did an excellent job in estimating the needed repairs and explaining what would be done and then going over the work that was done when we picked the car.

Everyone at Farrish went above and beyond to make the experience as painless as possible. It is upsetting to have your car damaged in an accident but Chris and Kyle were amazing. I felt like I got a brand new car when the repairs were finished. In addition they cleaned my car inside and out! Superb customer service!!
