I am fairly annoyed that I had to pay the deductible when I picked up the car. My insurance company had already paid it to your shop. The Receptionist told me that she would call usaa the next day and tell them to issue a refund check directly to me rather than your shop reimburse me. I do not have a local bank so a check is highly inconvenient. The insurance had to void the payment to you and is going to reissue of to me. I got the impression the receptionist was in molding that it was going to be "easier" this way. The only person it's easier for is your is farrish. I now have have to Be inconvenienced to get the check cashed.

Rich did an excellent job of keeping me informed on where I was in the process. He also gave sound advice on dealing with the repair overall. As painful as it is to have to have your car repaired after an accident, the Farrish team was a positive factor in it all and helped make the ordeal less stressful. I would not hesitate to bring my vehicle back to Farrish/Fairfax Auto Body.

Repairs took **** week longer than promised due to paint booth problems, but I had a rental. I was told you would cover cost of extra rental time. Tony was great.

Rich Green provides EXCEPTIONAL customer service. He was A delight to deal with and when you're dealing with your 18 year old Having had her first accident, that's saying something.
