Start to finish...great attitude, great service and honest assessment of issue

When I brought my vehicle to get repaired I explained to the representative assisting me prior to accepting repair job that I had additional damage on the right rear bumper also need to be repaired. I was told that my vehicle would be ready on Friday, March 11, 2016. I arrived to pick up my vehicle and repair to the right rear bumper was not fixed as requested. Also, upon acceptance of my vehicle it was noticed that the clear door guard protector is missing from the right rear door. My suggestion is better quality assurance needed prior to delivering a customer vehicle that was paid to be repaired back to original specification. I welcome management to give me a call to complete replacement of missing clear door guard. I am very disappointed that the body shop had my vehicle for the specified time I was told it would be fully repaired without rework.

When the estimate was obtained I was told 4-5 days to complete the work. I called after 5 days and was told it should be done by Saturday and I was told they would call me after lunch. I never received a call back. So I called back on Monday and was told they were waiting on the pin stripping and would call me back. No one ever called me back. Finally after my fianc calling and being persistent on Wednesday I was finally told it was done just needed to be washed and they would call back. Again no call back so we called back, finally told it was done well by this time it was to late for me to pick it up because I needed to go to work. So a 4-5 day job took 10-11 days. I show up to pick up my car and it was a little cheaper than the original estimate which was nice. I paid the bill (I shouldn't have until I saw my car). They brought my car out and my bumper and passenger door looked good. I went to get into the car and they never fixed the rear driver side door! I brought it up and he took my car back and said he would be right back. He came back 15 minutes later and the area was buffed and the scratches were gone, this was great except I was charge for ****.7 units of paint, buffing supplies, etc. Which I had already paid for that obviously wasn't used. So NO I was definitely not satisfied with my experience. The only reason I will be back in 30 days is to have the clear coat protectant applied.

The job done was fantastic, and it looks totally new. Can't distinguish where the collision ever was. The only thing that was not quite right is the pin striping was not done. Once that is finished. I am more than satisfied. If you used a sliding scale vice yes no I would say yes ( or a score of 10). I would say 9 of 10 is the score.

This is the 2nd time that I have had to use your services. It's the 2nd time that the work was exceptional & it was a pleasure dealing with everyone that I came in contact with during the process! Thank you!

It came in as quoted but there was a mix up in the order which cost me a couple of days but it's was worth the wait to be done correctly.

The work was fine but the delivery time kept moving from 11 to 4 to 6pm.

My car was hit on the right front door. After Farrish finished the repair, the appearance can barely give me a clue of accident. Nice job!

A defect was found in the new bumper and I must have it replaced. Although slight, QA should have noticed this before me. It will be an inconvenience for me to bring it back for replacement.
